| WOJCINSKI & ASSOCIATES LTD Helen Wojcinski has extensive expertise in both project management and change management consulting. She has worked in all sectors, public, private and non-profit. As a Senior Consultant and Global Change Management Pracitioner for Celestica International, one of the largest electronics manufacturers in the world, Helen provided change management expertise to senior management and project teams. She managed numerous change initiatives involving organizational design, World Class Manufacturing, IT integration, and strategic business transformation. She was a major contributor to the development of Celestica's global change management strategy and provided change management training, team facilitation and knowledge transfer. Helen has also been a team facilitation consultant to the U of T Joseph L. Rotman School of Management MBA programs.
