As a Manager
of Design for the Highway 407 Express Toll Route, the largest single
civil engineering contract awarded in Canadian history, and other
large-scale complex infrastructure projects, Helen developed extensive
project management expertise. From this background, she incorporates
a unique blend of strategic planning and project management into her practice of change management and organizational development that has achieved a proven track record
of results.
In addition to a Bachelor of Applied
Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, Helen holds a Master
of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario and a Certificate in Leading
Strategic Change from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
